Agile Software Development
This one day (6 hour) course includes “The Basics” (definitions, drivers, methods); scrum software development methodology and project management within the agile methods. By the end of class, each participant will:
- Know the difference between modular development and Agile/Scrum Methodology
- Be familiar with the Agile manifesto and the SCRUM methodology
- Understand how to adapt project management requirements to the agile processes
This training focuses on the premise that the smaller the “chunks” of software for development, the greater chance of success – we must become modular, incremental, “agile”, and/or adaptive in releasing software.
“Dynamic speaker with excellent interaction skills. Easy to understand explanation of concepts. Good course of Agile rules, roles and interactions.”
