Project & Technology Consulting Services, Inc. is a woman-owned small business that brings key expertise in the areas of program and project management development, implementation and oversight, enterprise system life cycle development and management, adult training curriculum development and delivery, organization change management, expert facilitation and technology services.
PTCSI is owned and managed by Peggy Joyner, an experienced business manager and project management professional with over thirty four years of experience in the government sector. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and served as President of the Atlanta Chapter of PMI® for calendar year 2010. Additionally, Peggy received the PMI® Atlanta Person of the Year award for 2008.
The company employs only highly skilled and experienced staff who have worked with private agencies as well as the public sector at the local, state and federal levels. PTCSI can work in a variety of industries including government, health care and information technology. We partner with many other small businesses such as Enterprise PM Solutions.
