This one day (6 hour) course includes definition and roles; skills necessary for success; characteristics of requirements; risks; tools and techniques and testing. Understanding the business problem/opportunity is essential to identifying the requirements that are needed. By the end of the class, each participant will:

• Know the various approaches to gathering requirements
• Know how to apply change management processes
